We are pleased to present our very first annual WILD GAME FESTIVAL
Featuring a 6-course complete dinner table d’hote menu.
Game items such as Rabbit, Duck, Pheasant, Trout and Elk are featured and all credit to Chef Deb.
Also featured with the Food Menu is an optional ‘Wine Pairing Menu’,
Guests can enjoy a 2oz portion of different wine with each course.
Each wine is matched beautifully per course and in the long term, wine pairing menus can become a more popular way to enhance the dining experience and again, increase our revenue opportunity through an enhanced service.
Our Festival will run until December 15th, 2009
